Dr. Jenks is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I have been struggling with dizziness, light sensitivity, and headaches for the last 3 years. A fellow colleague mentioned binocular vision dysfunction to me, and after researching it further, I wanted to have testing for it. Dr. Jenks has an online screening you can take, and I scored a 49 on that! He called me to book my appointment. My exam was so thorough and comprehensive. He took all the time needed with amazing attention to detail. He is so kind and is 100% invested in every patient having a great quality of life and great vision. I have my new prism glasses ordered, and when I was in the trial pair in his office I was blown away at how I felt better within a few minutes of putting them on. My visit with Dr. Jenks was one of if not THE best experience I have had in healthcare. He goes above and beyond. Go see him!

I learned about BVD online and realized that I fit most of the criteria. I had been suffering with the symptoms my whole life. I found Dr. Jenks while searching for someone qualified to diagnose and treat BVD. I am so glad I did! Outreach Vision has a wonderful, competent, and polite team. They have made it simple and easy to move through the process of making an appointment, getting diagnosed, getting my glasses, and having my questions answered. While I was tested for BVD, Dr. Jenks was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind! I found Dr. Jenks online, googling for an Eye Prism Specialist. I struggled for over 7 years with prism, two different optometrist in two different cities, 5 different scripts and pairs of glasses, and still did not end up with a pair that were totally crisp and clear. I learned a lot in that time. That treating prism problems and getting the right script is not easy for the typical optometrist and exam equipment they use. I also learned that even if the script is right, that the lens manufactures often have difficulty manufacturing them. Bottom line, after 7 years, I had become very frustrated. To say the least, Dr. Jenks examination was totally different. He examination tools and equipment, and an examination process that is targeted for prism sufferers. As well, after coming up with the right script, he had a pair of glasses manufactured with a prism lens specialist who just flat out nailed it. I’ve got to be honest, when I put on the glasses and walked around for a bit, I was actually a little overcome with emotion. I truly haven’t seen this well in over 7 years. I told Dr. Jenks at the beginning of the examination, that I would be happy with even minimal improvement. To my delight, he just plain knocked it out of the park with significant improvement. Dr. Jenks is not just great at what he specializes in, but a heck of a nice guy too. I feel truly blessed to have found and utilized what he is gifted at.

I'm so glad I came in and had my vision assessed and tested by Dr. Jenks! I feel like a whole new person. My eye and neck fatigue have virtually disappeared. It so much easier to move through the world, now that my eyes are working together. I've insisted to previous eye doctors that the prescription wasn't strong enough, and it turns out that there was a whole aspect of my vision they weren't even treating! Now that my BVD has been addressed, the prescription is perfect. So thankful to Dr. Jenks and his office for helping me see clearly!

I’m so glad that I found Outreach Vision. I have been having issues with my balance, walking into things, and having a very hard time with bright lights and driving at night. I also had a lot of trouble switching from looking at things I’m up close to farther away.
